What should an agent offer other than MLS listing? I am getting some telling me that they will provide free staging or free deep cleaning crew to clean the house. I am so confused as to who I should choose as our agent. How many listings should an agent have? I am going to keep an open listing so that if it I am not happy I can get out of the contract and choose someone else.

Of course, the agent should help with ideas for decorating the home for sale! It’s not like she’s doing you favors for free. if the house sells the agent makes money

We are very unhappy with the photographer and his no money shot pics, flat and bad angles, as he was an amateur also. This is as far as we have gotten. Can I discontinue with him and wait until next Spring, after signing a L.A.?

If a person does rent to own, at the end when the buyer finally owns it can they keep the original insurance such as home, umbrella, fire?

Absolutely!! I am a listing agent all day long. I find passion in that. I do a solid job with buyers but I love listings!

Home prices are dropping--even daily in many Markets. Your Realtor may be doing the right thing by you in recommending a price reduction.
